5-mile run/walk and 2.3-mile walk: 8:35 a.m.

WHERE Fair Oaks Community Clubhouse in the Old Fair Oaks Village (7997 California Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA, 95628) at Village Park in Old Fair Oaks. The route winds through the beautiful Old Fair Oaks residential neighborhood with a keyhole loop to Sailor Bar. The course is half paved roads and half dirt trail. The non-competitive walk and 1/4 and 1/2-mile kids' races stay on paved streets.

FEATURES 30th anniversary microfiber shirt (guaranteed to the first 800 entrants in the 5 mile and 2.3 mile walk), refreshments, music, awards, random prizes, festival, and ChampionChip timing.

AGE DIVISIONS 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+

AWARDS Awards ceremony and random drawing to follow event at 10:00 a.m. Prizes for overall male and female winners; masters (age 40 & over) male and female winners; and top three finishers in each age division in the 5-mile race. All kids in the 1/4 and 1/2-mile races receive medals.

FEES $30 for adults through April 24, 2010; $35 thereafter and on race day ($16 for kids participating in the 1/2-mile races and $16 for kids 15 and under in the 5 miler and 2.3 mile walk). Due to the nature of the course, the race is limited to the first 1,000 registered participants. We strongly encourage pre-registration to avoid lines on race day and to ensure correct t-shirt size.
